Opinions

One of my readers mentioned how it was natural for me to have a blog because I have an opionion about everything - not true! For instance, salt. I don't care - table, iodized, sea, salt, or rock. Doesn't matter. Serious.

I much prefer sea salt.

Actually Kosher is what I prefer for everyday cooking. Sea salt for those "special" dishes, and table salt for the salt shaker. (The bigger stuff gets stuck in the small holes!)
