I'm ready to buy an electric, solar-powered scooter to use for commuting. Although, at 15 MPH, I'd be late more often, and the little basket on the front would probably fall off and spill my groceries as over-sized SUV's blast by me, leaving shredded piles of disintegrated debris up and down the street in the scorching summer sun. (sigh)
