We're still at DC!

Today we visited the Capitol with one of Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison's staffers. It was a good tour. Later, we went back and watched the Senate in session discussing housing. It is much more interesting live than on CSPAN. Even the boys were interested for a few minutes.

The Senator has a hallway to herself so she's able to display the Texas flag in a more prominent manner than others. As we turned the corner, there was no doubt we were in the right spot!

I'm not decided if it's good or bad - but there have been numerous references to the National Treasure movies on this trip. At the Archives, it was no different, here we are plotting how to steal the Declaration.

That's Disney for you. There were countless billboards in South Dakota promoting National Treasure 2 and Mount Rushmore.

Sorry, but only you Eric would think that the Senate is more interesting in person than on CSPAN! You crack me up!

I think it's a bit strange to think that CSPAN is more interesting! ;-)
