The less I use...the more I pay???

From this article I believe that the rate system used for water useage needs to be reviewed. I'm all for conserving water - but to treate it like a negative externality is misdirected. On the bright side, Frisco is one of the lowest and I more than make up the difference for Plano in housing and taxes.

I am disappointed to see that Frisco has the 2nd highest use per capita for water. Perhaps that's because the pool at the new rec center needed to be filled.
